Shark Property Management's mission is to provide reliable, hands-on property management built on local expertise, clear communication, and genuine care for every home we manage. We take the stress out of property ownership by protecting our clients' investments, maximizing their property's potential, and delivering an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.

I started Shark Property Management because I saw firsthand what property owners actually need from a management company: someone local, reliable, and easy to reach.
My background in property management began on Cape Cod, where I gained hands-on experience managing vacation rentals and helping oversee a large portfolio of homes. That experience taught me every side of the business—from guest communication and owner relationships to maintenance issues, turnovers, vendor coordination, and the unexpected problems that come with managing a property.
I later moved into residential property management in the Boston area, working with large luxury apartment communities. While the properties and operations were different, one thing remained the same: good property management comes down to communication, attention to detail, and being there when people need you.
That experience ultimately led me to start Shark Property Management.
I wanted to build something more personal than the large management companies—a company where owners know exactly who is looking after their property and don't have to navigate call centers, third parties, or layers of communication.
Today, Shark provides full-service property management, vacation rental management, and seasonal/winter home management throughout Boston and Cape Cod. Whether we're managing a vacation rental, checking on a seasonal home, coordinating a contractor, or responding to an issue, the goal is the same: take the stress of property ownership off our clients' shoulders.
Having grown up on Cape Cod, this business is especially meaningful to me. I know the area, understand the challenges that come with owning property here, and believe strongly in building relationships with local homeowners, Realtors, contractors, and businesses.
Shark is still growing, but that's something I'm proud of. Every client matters, every property gets personal attention, and every relationship has the opportunity to last for years.
